Young Environmentalists Programme trust-Equipping tomorrows environmental leaders,today!

The Young Environmentalists Programme trust to award ‘Womens Achievers Award’ to leading outstanding women!
The city’s top 25 women will receive the coveted “Women’s Achievers Award" by the Young Environmentalists Programme Trust in association with Rodas Ecotel. The function will take place at Hotel Rodas Ecotel, Hiranandani Powai on the 8th of March,11am, which is celebrated the world over as International Womens day!
International Women’s Day 8th March is an important time to recognize both the achievements of women and the leadership that women provide. By recognizing the outstanding achievements of women the Young Environmentalists not only provide role models but also encourage the community to nominate women for honour.

'Mahatma Gandhi- " Be the change you want to see in the world!" -and many women live this motto daily and are an inspiration to the community .
Young Environmentalists Programme which works to help citizens, environmentalists and leaders of environmental organizations recognize and take full advantage of their ability to make a real, significant and lasting improvement in the quality of the future of the world and young adults by educating and equipping them with environmental expertise, have recognized 25 top leading women who have made a positive difference in the community and stood out as enigmatic leaders. Many have made grass root level efforts, others have campaigned nationwide, some have contributed to policy making decisions by the government and some simply have gone all out to garner public support with out a flinch, none the less all 25 have devoted time and effort in making our world a better place for others!
We will be honoured that as part of the celebratory activities for International Women’s Day, if you could kindly join the Young Environmentalists Programe at the award ceremony of Women’s Achievers Award .
Young Environmentalists Programme aims at educating environmental leaders of tomorrow today, by creating an environmental awakening and education among the citizens of our country, specially the youth. We have recognised Dr Indu Sahani, Priti Hiranandani, Aditi Govitrikar,Lalita Gupta,Dr Nandini Kulkarni, Nandita Puri, Punam Sinha, Grace Pinto, Ketki Dave, Dr.Niki Reddy,Praachi Shah,Manci Choksi,Anuradha Sawhney, Raima Sen ,Anusya Dutt, Raell Padamsee,Sudha Chandra,Dr,Anjali Darade,Aarati Agrawal,Charu Chandan Sharma, Kinjal Shah, Dr.Smita Punyani,Madhuri Daftardar,Shamini Murugesh,Nandita Puri,Dr.Madhura Padhke, among the few imminent deserving ladies on the 8th of March at Hotel Rodas Powai, 11am ,the programme will be well attended by good audience, press and dignitaries and we look forward to making it a success together,

Young Environmentalists aims at providing support and skills to empower the next generation of leaders through workshops that share cutting-edge tools and methodologies, build community and partnership, and provide a forum for learning, healing, and for positive social impact. These workshops aim to provide wider access to the ideas and community resources we have been blessed to experience.
